The Apothecarium requires nothing less than excellent customer service, total understanding and strict compliance with all medical cannabis regulations and a positive, respectful attitude. We are looking for qualified employees to serve our members as an Administrator. As a member of the administration team, you will need to be comfortable providing customer service over the phone and in person, problem solving, and communicating with medical professionals.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure patient concerns are solved efficiently and promptly
  • Problem solve with patients to the best of your abilities
  • Promptly return voicemails and email
  • Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect
  • Build and maintain accurate patient records
  • Communicate regularly with medical professionals
  • Field a wide range of questions online, over the phone, and in-person regarding cannabis law, changing regulations, and inventory
  • Communicate customer requests and/or problems to the General Manager and Team Leaders
  • Frequently maintain cleanliness, dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, and sanitization of dispensary
  • Maintains strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPPA guidelines
  • Perform other related work as required


Abilities and Skills:

  • Demonstrated passion to serve the medical cannabis community and local neighborhoods
  • Ability to answer and screen phone calls
  • Ability to multitask without compromising customer service
  • Ability to maintain a professional and compassionate attitude while handling challenging situations
  • Have personal knowledge of medicinal effects of cannabis
  • Ability to maintain high standards in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
  • Needs to have high level of organization, patience, and flexibility


Required Education and Experience:

  • Prior customer service experience (1 Year)
  • Proficiency in PC and web-based processing platforms
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in professional and life experience
  • Experience working as a secretary or a receptionist is desirable
  • Experience working in the health & wellness industry highly desirable
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must have a Medical Cannabis Recommendation
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
